Principle Advisor and CEO

With four decades of experience in financial services, Neil has built his reputation on reliability, trust, clarity, and making financial advice understandable. 


His strength lies in understanding the needs and goals of his clients and building appropriate solutions. Making the complicated simple, understandable, and manageable, so that his clients can be confident of making the right decisions.


Neil began his career as an Independent Financial Adviser in 1986. Since then, he’s worked with individuals, families, businesses and charities across the UK, providing tailored financial planning that supports long-term goals, whether that’s building wealth, protecting what matters most, or preparing for retirement.


Neil believes good financial advice is not only about ensuring that his client have the best possible products; it’s about having products tailored to support their objectives. Central to his ethos is creating lasting relationships built on trust, understanding, and positive results. His clients value his frank approach, clear communication, and ability to make financial planning a positive, inspiring experience.

Sarah Evans

Practice Manager

Sarah brings a natural ability to listen, understand, and support people - qualities shaped by her career in financial services administration before joining NTM. Sarah joined NTM at its inception in 2012 and acts as a vital link between management and staff, helping the business run smoothly while ensuring every client interaction feels personal, friendly, and stress free.


Whether coordinating client meetings, supervising staff, or keeping the office running like a well organised team, Sarah brings calm professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. Her supportive approach helps every member of the NTM team feel valued and informed, and her contribution is central to the consistent, high quality service clients experience.

Neil Williams

Technical Manager, Independent Chartered Financial Planner

Neil Williams is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years’ experience in financial services. Beginning his career as a paraplanner, he built strong technical foundations in tax planning, financial structuring, and detailed analysis - skills that continue to shape his thoughtful, well constructed advice.


Now working in an advisory role alongside the Principal Adviser and Director, Neil supports client relationships, delivers tailored recommendations, and provides ongoing servicing. He is known for combining deep technical knowledge with clear, transparent communication, helping clients understand their options and make confident decisions.


Neil’s approach centres on trust, attention to detail, and long term thinking. He is committed to building lasting relationships and ensuring clients feel supported throughout every stage of their financial journey.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jody brings extensive knowledge across all areas of administration, including pensions and investments. He takes pride in going the extra mile for clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. Recognising that every client’s situation is unique, he provides tailored solutions designed around personal goals and long term aspirations.


Nick began his career with NTM Financial Services Ltd in 2021 as an administrator. His progression through paraplanning and into a Financial Adviser role has given him a comprehensive understanding of the full financial planning process. This breadth of experience enables him to deliver well rounded, reliable advice that supports clients at every stage of their financial journey.

She works closely with clients throughout their journey, providing consistent support, clear communication, and a dependable point of contact. Her commitment to delivering a high standard of service helps foster strong, long lasting client relationships.


Georgia values clarity, consistency, and collaboration, contributing to an environment where advisers can focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding by walking her two German Pointers along the beaches of West Wales.
